ISO 18788:2015 Certification

Almost two years in the making, on September 15th, 2015, a 98 page document – e.g. the ISO 18788:2015 Management System for private security operations — has been published.

ISO 18788:2015 offers a framework for establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving the management of security operations.

ISO 18788:2015 sets a worldwide business and risk management framework for security contractors or organizations to operate professionally, efficiently, and safely.

This standard builds on a number of hard work that have emerged to govern private security provision and make sure responsible security operations in complex environments, including: International Code of Conduct (ICoC) for Private Security Service Providers (an auditable international management system standard), the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights. This certification demonstrates that chosen to put respect for human rights at the center of its risk management framework.

Certification also demonstrates compliance with International Organization for Standards (ISO) 18788 needs for security operations management systems.
